The Hon. ROBYN PARKER: My question without notice is addressed to the Attorney General. Given that the number of women and children murdered in domestic violence is at a 10-year high, why has the Minister ignored a recommendation from the New South Wales Ombudsman in 2006 to introduce a domestic homicide review? Given that Victoria has announced that it will introduce this system, given its overwhelming success overseas in reducing deaths of women and children due to domestic violence, and given the Premier's apparent interest in the proposal, when will the New South Wales Government introduce its own domestic homicide review?
